KS95 Live95: OAR, Ingrid Michaelson, Vicci Martinez

BEP_1121.jpg

Once again I had the opportunity to shoot for KS95's Live95 Event at the Varsity Theater in Dinkytown, Minneapolis! Live95 shows are always full with great bands and awesome radio fans! I loved the energy that OAR brought, the saxophone player was killer.  BUT... Ingrid Michaelson was definitely my favorite. She is adorable, funny and she plays the ukelele (which I am currently trying to learn)! Check out the photos below:

Here is a video with some clips of video from the show too! Most of this is Pat's handiwork, but helped a little too!

Meagan & Zach {Vintage Minnesota Wedding}

BEP_1438.jpg

It's always such a joy to be a part of my roommates weddings.  Meagan was only my roommate for a few months, but it was such a blessing to get to know her more during that time!  Meagan & Zach have a relationship that is so inspiring to me — they are always reflecting their love for each other and their love for God. Check out a few of the pictures from their beautiful vintage wedding at Kellerman's Event Center in White Bear Lake.

Also.. I couldn't miss an opportunity to get a good picture of my handsome hubby! :D

March Change Campaign: Invisible Girl Project

BEMarchCampaign.jpg

During the month of March, Beautiful Era will be supporting the Invisible Girl Project.

Invisible Girl Project (IGP) is an organization that seeks to END the atrocity of gendercide in India. IGP raises global awareness concerning the loss of female lives in India, pursues justice for the lives lost, and assists Indian organizations in the rescue of and care for Indian girls.

You know what gets me: $35 a month is all it takes to help one girl get food, housing, healthcare and education. $35 a month to change a life from garbage to valuable.

So join with us in the month of March to share the story of these girls in India. Help tell their story to people with the means to help and effect change!

Como Conservatory: A February Escape

BEP_7796.jpg

Winters in Minnesota can get long. By the time February rolls around we have had a couple solid months of winter. Problem is, we still have a couple left to go. So, it's really important to have a place to escape to and forget the sub-freezing temperatures.

This weekend, I went with two of my girl friends to the Como Conservatory, it's one of my favorite winter getaways, full of beautiful flowers, warm temps and green... everywhere green!

Check out some of the beautiful landscapes in the pictures below, or plan a trip yourself!
